I was initially put off because soon after I placed my order, he said he'd review it in the morning and come back to me with any questions. I didn't hear from him, but the deadline was extended from three day to five days. (I guess he just changed this across the board for all of his projects). I got the edits after four days. I was impressed. My project was relatively short-under 600 words-but somewhat complex. His comments were thoughtful and insightful. he gave very clear directions regarding the marked and clean copy he provided.

:Bob is a great communicator and delivers on time however, I felt that the editing side of the service was lacking. I really had hoped he would provide improvements to the readability of the text. Perhaps this is my lack of understanding on what editing is.
