The communication and delivery speed was great. I think personally I expected too much from the service. I was a little disappointed with the quality of the writing. There were way too many grammatical mistakes and the essay doesn't flow very nicely. I know you offer revision but the finished product made me doubtful about the effectiveness of the revision. I could be wrong though, but overall it's decent.

I hadn't hoped for my personal statement to be made perfect, but hoped for some decent additions and the correction of some of my stilted wording. He did a great job.
